The annual RNLI Open Charity event was held at Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club on Saturday 28th July. 

It was a huge success despite adverse weather conditions when 131 golfers took part with a strong contingent from Leominster Golf Club. 

The overall winner of the RNLI Salver was President Les Jones with a creditable score of 40pts dropping his handicap to 19.

A successful 3 Ball Texas Scramble Open event took place at the Club on 29th July, despite another day of heavy showers.
